We are a group of long-time healthcare professionals (Physician, Physical Therapist, Nursing Home Administrators, and business professionals) that have found common ground with Rabbi Marcus to add a healthcare aspect to our Adult Day Program.

We love our seniors! We cherish the wisdom that comes from their life experience and want to honor their wishes to have a dignified retirement. We understand that interaction and connection are essential to all and believe that lasting relationships can be formed regardless of age. We are focused on helping our participants find meaning and purpose for those they are surrounded by.

Rabbi Zalman Marcus
Founder
Rabbi Zalman Marcus is the founder and director of Chabad Jewish Center of Mission Viejo for the last 28 years. He opened the center with his wife Bassie and together they have 9 children and 7 grandchildren. He has been involved with programs and classes for seniors in and around Mission Viejo.
Ben Chamberlin
Community Liaison
I was blessed at a young age with the desire to serve others. As a boy rounding at the hospital with dad, I felt the deep gratitude these patients and families had and it left an indelible mark on me. Now as a husband and father to 6 beautiful children, including a daughter with disabilities, I have realized that I was born to serve. With over a decade of experience in the post-acute care space, I know how to help you. I have served in the trenches as a nursing home administrator, liaison for senior communities, home care, home health, and hospice agencies, VP of healthcare operations, and owner and investor in post-acute care organizations. I have been called to serve you.
Leann Seidenfeld
Lead Caregiver, Community Liaison
Leann has served as a Certified Nurse Assistant and caregiver for over 30 years. This is her calling and she loves helping others! She was raised in Iowa and brought up in Jewish tradition, including celebrating her Bat Mitzvah. She moved to south Orange County when she was 15. She has 2 great kids and her father who she loves and cares for.
Gavin Wiswell
Manager, MBA, NHA
Gavin is a Subject Matter Expert in; reducing hospital readmissions, staffing, PDPM, and healthcare technology applications in the post-acute setting. He has over 20 years’ combined work experience in management, marketing, and customer service, and business development. Gavin graduated from University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Additionally, he earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Gavin is a certified RCFE and is a licensed NHA. He has focused on improving healthcare readmissions and processes through technology to improve quality clinical and financial outcomes.
Mark Hansen
MPT, NHA, RCFE, Executive Director
Mark has almost 30 years of experience in the post hospital healthcare space. He is a Physical Therapist, Nursing Home Administrator, and owned a contract therapy company servicing Home Health and Hospice in the home, assisted living, and independent living setting. He has a desire to help people and a focus to help our community age gracefully in their home setting.
Dr. Brian Anderson
MD, Emergency Medicine
Dr. Brian Anderson, MD is an Emergency Medicine Specialist in Palm Springs, CA and has over 22 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from Loma Linda University School Of Medicine medical school in 1998. He is an Emergency Physician at Riverside County Medical Center, Desert Region Medical Center and Riverside Community Hospital. Since January 2008, Dr. Anderson has held the position of Regional Director of Riverside Region. He is a diplomate in American Board of Emergency Medicine and Medical Examiners. Dr. Anderson is a current faculty member of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
Anna M. Larsson
PT, Consultant, Marketing
Meet Anna, a dedicated professional with 20 years of experience in the field of health and wellness. With a degree in physical therapy, sports medicine, and nutrition, Anna is well-equipped to provide top-notch care and support to individuals of all ages. Her passion for helping others has inspired her to be part of the creations of Senior Social Club. Anna's sole mission is to serve you and your family in all your health needs, ensuring that you receive the highest quality care and attention. With her expertise and compassionate approach, Anna is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves.
